I am working on a cause of raising the perception about a HOME and a HOMEMAKER. There is so much of disrespect and disregard for both. Multiple dimensions work simultaneously at Home like Gender Differences, Parenting, Relationships etc. I relate a home to an enterprise to show how everything has an origin here including Soft Skills, Leadership, Emotional intelligence (EQ) etc.

Since Home is the starting point of everyone at anyplace, an attempt has been made to take forward a new though process. On this website you will find the articles published, my video blog, and pictures and testimonials of my workshop ‘Santulan’.

“Santulan- Making Gender Differences Work” is my signature workshop which helps men and women understand each other better. Gender is a spectrum and average male and female have certain inherent strengths. Can men have the same strength as women and vice versa is discussed in the workshop.
